The Bible explicitly reveals that Jesus Christ, who existed with God from eternity, personally engaged with humanity throughout history. He spoke directly to figures like Abraham and Moses, even delivering the foundational moral code—the Ten Commandments. However, despite the clarity of these scriptures, many scholars, and religious leaders often avoid or downplay these fundamental truths.

The hesitation to acknowledge Jesus Christ as the pre-existent Word of God and the Giver of the Commandments is rooted in the fear of challenging established doctrines. The reluctance to explore Christ’s origin from eternity may stem from a desire to maintain theological comfort zones. Yet, the Apostle John, in his Gospel, unequivocally identifies Jesus as the Word that was with God and was God, involved in the creation of all things.

The Apostle Paul reinforces this truth by attributing all creation to Jesus Christ, emphasizing His role as the image of the invisible God. Hebrews further underscores Christ’s involvement in creation and presents Him as the appointed heir of all things. These biblical revelations should reshape our understanding of Jesus Christ beyond the confines of historical narratives.

The One who became Jesus not only delivered the Ten Commandments but also walked and talked with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, interacted directly with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and spoke face to face with Moses. Yet, the acknowledgment of these profound truths is often hindered by theological preconceptions and reluctance to challenge established beliefs.

Understanding the genuine origin of Jesus Christ is paramount. His life, sacrificed for humanity, holds immeasurable value. He willingly relinquished divine glory to become a servant, humbling Himself to the point of death. The consistent biblical narrative, from creation to the earthly ministry of Jesus, reveals a God who desires obedience and a Savior whose life exemplifies unwavering commitment to divine principles. Acknowledging these truths not only enriches our understanding of Jesus but also underscores the significance of obedience to God’s commandments as an integral part of genuine Christianity.
